ON-LINE - Mixed Beginners Mat - Level 1 - suitable for all
Suitable for all - A must for all those new to Pilates. Where understanding Pilates begins.
Starting with pre-Pilates exercises progressing to the beginner level in the Classical Mat work repertoire. This approach ensures you work safely and is the most effective introduction to the Pilates method.
Please note that group classes are for people with non-specific diagnosed medical conditions or for those pain free. If you have specific conditions or are in pain, please opt for Private 1-2-1 Sessions.
ON-LINE - Intermediate/Adv Mat - Level 3 & 4
In this class we add in the intermediate level exercises and some of the more advanced moves. We speed up and add in variations to challenge you using the magic circle, small weights and small barrel.
A good level of fitness and understanding of all the beginner exercises is required to join this class. Please ask the teacher if you're not sure it's the right class for you.
Personal Training - One-to-One
Private sessions are tailored to the individual and are designed to address specific needs. The workout will incorporate all the studio apparatus.
These sessions are the best introduction to Pilates. If you are new to Pilates, or have been recommend to do Pilates to help with an injury or back problem, it is recommended that you have a private session prior to joining a group class. This enables the Teacher to assess your ability and ensure you join at a suitable level.
Private Pilates Assessment
An assessment is designed to address specific needs. It includes a discussion about your health and fitness, your aims and expectations and an introduction to the Pilates method.
It provides an opportunity for you to meet the Teacher and enables her to assess your ability, for you to feel confident she understands your aims and to ensure you are well supported during your Pilates practice. It is also an opportunity for you to learn the key elements and help you integrate them into future practise.
Absolute Beginners Reformer Class
These classes are an ideal start to Pilates or for anyone that has not worked with the Reformer before.
The Reformer uses spring resistance to strengthen and stretch the entire body. In this class we teach you the essential Pilates concepts, we will show you how to use the reformer practicing the basics that prepare you to join a level 1 class with confidence. You will receive the attention to detail required for you to learn the correct technique and have fun experiencing what Pilates has to offer.
Reformer Class - Level 1
These classes are the ideal place for anyone that already has some experience with the Reformer.
You will receive the attention to detail required for you to learn the exercises, the correct technique and build the strength necessary to progress to more challenging exercises.
Prerequisite: Prior experience with reformers or attendance of our Absolute Beginners classes.
Reformer Class - Level 2
Suitable for those already familiar with the Reformer: confident with the equipment, techniques and beginners repertoire. In this class we learn the exercises beyond the beginners level and into intermediate.
Prerequisite: Prior experience with reformers or attendance of our Level 1 classes.
